Her deep interest in self-development and human potential has led her to recognize that true leadership begins with self-awareness, clarity, and conscious action, and that these qualities create the conditions to move forward with purpose.


Her coaching is informed by the systemic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of systems and the dynamics at play with them. She works with a clear and practical methodology, Realize – Optimize – Act. It begins with realizing what is truly happening and building awareness through uncovering patterns, perspectives, and untapped opportunities. It then continues with optimizing time, energy, and resources to focus on clear priorities and efficiency, and concludes with acting consciously and with clarity to achieve desired outcomes and measurable impact.
